Accommodation
The Coach House is a semi-detached converted barn, built we believe around 1800. It is ideally situated in the centre of the village with accommodation for up to 6 people, (Please see Terms and conditions). The living area is on the first floor to take advantage of the wonderful hillside views surrounding Kettlewell. The property is fully double glazed and heated throughout with night storage heaters. Bed linen and all electricity are included in the rental. Beds are made up for arrival.

First Floor
Sitting / Dining room and a spacious comfortable 
beamed room with distant views to two elevations. Stone fireplace with open fire (coal supplied) or electric coal effect fire. Large pine dining table, cottage style lounge suite. FreeSat TV,DVD player, video, CD/radio/cassette.
Kitchen Well equipped with breakfast table/benches. Electric oven with cooker hood. Microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee filter, washer/dryer, dishwasher.
Bathroom with 3 piece suite. Shower over bath with booster pump, electric towel rail, wall heater and shaver point/wall light,airing cupboard.
Ground Floor
Entrance hall beamed with pine bench seat.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed, a comfortable room with attractive cane furniture and seating area with distant views.
Bedroom 2 is a twin bedded room with pine furniture.
Bedroom 3 Has full size bunk beds and pine furniture.
Shower room with electric shower, hand wash basin and WC, shaver point/wall light. Heated towel rail.

- Parking for 1 car, additional parking is available in the Yorkshire Dales National car park approx 150 yards away, parking here is via a Visitor Pass, for 1 additional car it is £10 per week (£5 for short breaks) plus refundable deposit of £20.
- Pets, 1 small well-behaved dog is allowed subject to £10 additional charge and £50 (good behaviour) refundable deposit. The dog will need exercised off-site in the many nearby fields and own bedding provided, and must not be left unattended in the cottage. Sorry, no cats.
